Independent process & technology practice

Good work.
Fewer tangles.

Your team knows the work. I help make it flow.

I’m Attila. I use Lean Six Sigma to simplify processes, then build automation and AI where they help. From the first “why does this take so long?” to a solution your team can use.

01 / Ways to work together

A clearer process.
And the means to build it.

Learn the method, work through a problem, or get the solution built. You can start with the help you need.

Training

Build the skill.

Help your team see where work gets stuck and give them a method to improve it.

  • Lean Six Sigma and practical problem solving
  • AI at work, for teams and leaders
  • Exercises built around your everyday work

Leave with a method your team can use again.

Workshops

Work through it.

Bring one difficult process. Together, we map what happens and decide what to change.

  • Process and value stream mapping
  • Automation and AI use-case discovery
  • Focused improvement sessions

Leave with decisions, owners and next steps.

Delivery

Make it work.

Turn a good decision into something people can use: a better process, an automation or an AI tool.

  • Process improvement, from baseline to result
  • Automation for repetitive tasks and handovers
  • AI assistants and small business applications

Put it into use. Measure it. Help people keep it running.

02 / The thinking behind the work

First, understand it.
Then, improve it.

A slow approval may need a clearer decision rule. A repeated task may need automation. The work tells us which.

  1. 01

    Find the friction.

Follow the work. See where it waits, repeats or loses information.

    Lean
  2. 02

    Make it reliable.

Agree on a consistent process and measure what matters.

    Six Sigma
  3. 03

    Automate the routine.

Connect the steps that follow clear rules, with a way to handle exceptions.

    Automation
  4. 04

    Add AI with purpose.

Use it where interpretation helps, with clear data rules and human checks.

    AI

The right answer can be a better checklist. It can also be a custom tool. We find out before we build.

A clearer way through
  1. One agreed source
  2. Automatic update
  3. Review exceptions

Clarify → standardise → automate

Start with a question

Which numbers do people actually use to make a decision?

Agree the definitions and the source first. Remove duplicate checks, then automate the transfer and flag anything that needs a person’s attention.

What we’re working towards

A repeatable reporting process with a named owner and fewer manual handovers.

04 / A useful place to start

Before the next tool,
a clearer picture.

The free Discovery Scorecard looks at one process you know well. Thirty concrete questions help you work out what needs attention first.

Six things worth looking at.

01Flow and waste

Where does work wait, repeat or get passed back?

02Stability and standards

Can people follow a consistent way of working?

03Data and measurement

Can you trust the numbers you use to decide?

04Automation potential

Which repetitive tasks follow clear rules?

05AI readiness

Are the process, data and safeguards ready?

06People and ownership

Who will look after the improvement?

05 / The person you’ll work with

Hi, I’m Attila.
I tend to ask why.

A question I keep coming back to

“What would make this easier for the person doing the work?”

Attila / Grismont

I’ve worked in advisory, continuous improvement and operations. I’ve seen how a process looks in a presentation, and what it takes to run it on a busy Tuesday.

Then I started building automations and AI tools myself. Grismont brings those skills together: understanding the process, making practical decisions, and building what’s needed.

You work directly with me, through the questions, the delivery and the handover. We agree what to measure and make sure someone can look after the result.

A few practical questions

Before we start.

Something else on your mind?
Ask me directly ↗

Do we need to know Lean Six Sigma?

No. Bring a process you want to improve and the people who know how it works. I’ll introduce the methods as we need them.

Can we start with one small problem?

Yes. One recurring task or awkward handover is a useful starting point. We can agree a focused scope before deciding whether a larger project makes sense.

Do we have to start with the scorecard?

No. It’s a free way to get an initial view. If you already have a specific problem or training need, email me and we can start there.

Which tools do you work with?

The choice follows your process, existing systems and IT requirements. We agree the tools, access, running costs and maintenance needs before building.

How do you handle company data?

We agree what information is needed and where it may be used. AI use must fit your data rules. For the scorecard, answer at process level and leave out customer records or other sensitive details. See the privacy notice for how scorecard data is handled.

Where can we work together?

In Hungarian or English, on-site in Hungary or online. The format depends on the work: mapping a process may benefit from being there; other sessions and delivery can happen remotely.

Let’s follow the thread

What’s taking more
effort than it should?

A task, a handover, a process that keeps coming back.
Tell me what happens. We’ll start there.
